What is the first step in the process of having a project done? 

The process begins with a phone call or email to have questions answered and schedule an initial estimate appointment.

 

Do you offer free estimates?

Our initial consultation is free.  We will walk through your project scope of work, answer questions, get clarifications, and get started on your free, no-obligation estimate.  

 

With that said, If your project involves structural changes - adding a second story, moving load-bearing walls, tying into roof lines, etc. that is more of a design-build process.  Please see the Design Process under the Services tab on the website.

 

How do I schedule an estimate?

There are several options for scheduling an appointment. 

 

How long does the initial estimate appointment take?  

Estimate appointments can range in time from 15 minutes to an hour.  We want to honor your time while ensuring that all of your questions are answered and that we have a clear picture of your vision for your project.   A little investment in time upfront can save a lot of correspondence to get further clarification.

 

How long after the initial appointment will it take to get my estimate?

You can expect to see your estimate anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the project.  We work closely with our suppliers and subcontractors to get accurate pricing for our proposals.  It can take time to gather the necessary information from a variety of sources.  Our goal is to provide you with a thorough and accurate estimate. 

 

Will there be masks worn during the appointment and work being done?

Yes, safety is a top priority for our customers and staff.  We follow all the CDC guidelines.

We have several examples of our work available on this Website, our Facebook page, and Houzz.  Links to these can be found at the bottom of the website.  We will be happy to share specific pictures upon request as well.
